An Escape Room is a space that has been decorated and furnished with a specific theme. The room hides clues, codes and puzzles. From the moment the door closes behind you, you and your team will have one hour to find the clues and use them to crack the codes and solve the puzzles. In this way, you will get through the game step by step to ultimately find your way out of the room.

From 2 to 30 players! You play our rooms with 2-6 participants per room. Playing with 3-5 people is ideal as it allows for an optimum experience. If your party consists of more than 6 players then you will be split into teams. Up to 12 players can play in one round: more than 12 participants means that there will be more rounds. There are multiple options for the contents of your programme, so you do not have to wait for each other. For more information, take a look at this page. Every group is different, so we are happy to discuss what programme options suit you best!
We can make an exception so that you can play with 7 people, but you have to take into account that the room will be busier. This may have an effect on moving space and communication in the room. Is your goal to enjoy the game as much as possible, then we recommend to split into two teams. You can play two different rooms at the same time, or the same room one group after the other. You can make it a competition and have the two teams battle against each other. Is it more about fun, and you like to play with 7 people, then we are willing to make an exception, which costs the same as when the team consists of 6 players.More than 7 players is not possible, unfortunately, as it would not give you the same great Room Escape experience.
Yes, the “Lab” room is suitable for children aged 12 years and over. We can discuss bringing younger children, accompanied by an adult. We can also adapt the Lab, so it can be used by a group of children aged 12 years or over, without an adult participant. Please indicate when making your reservation. Our “Doka” room is dark, which makes the game for younger players a bit more exciting and is therefore suitable for players from 16 years and over. We can discuss bringing younger children, but only when an adult accompanies them. The “Office” room contains shock effects and is therefore suitable for players aged 18 years and over.
We think it is more fun to play the same room. You have the same experiences that you can share afterwards. You can also compare results and thus make it a competition. If, due to time constraints, it is not possible to play one group after the other, then you always have the option to play different rooms simultaneously. You start and finish at the same and do not have to wait for each other.
Our new room, the Office (opening in the beginning of 2018) contains shock effects, and can be scary for some players, which is why we set the minimum age to 18. The Doka is not scary but some may find it to be thrilling. No shock effects in this room, but the darkness may cause some tension. For this reason, the minimum age for the Doka is 16 years. The Lab is friendlier, suitable for 12 years old and over.

We expect the Office room to be ready at the beginning of 2018. More information to follow at our website and Facebook page.
One of our staff is present 15 minutes before the start to receive you and your team. Make sure to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the game so our staff can give you instructions. The game hour starts at the agreed time. In case you are late, then that time may be deducted from your allocated one hour.
Because the next group has to start in time as well, we normally do not have the flexibility for later starts, etc.. We therefore request all participants to be present 10 minutes before the start of the game. Please contact us as soon as possible, if for some reason this is not possible. We can then take this into account, and in some cases, make sure that you can still use the full hour. We cannot give any guarantee that this will be possible, so be in time!
Our staff likes to give its undivided attention to every group, which usually means that we do not have extra colleagues available to attend to a group that arrives earlier. We can arrange for an additional host if you prefer to arrive earlier. Please notify us in due time. As from the 4th of November 2017, all groups that wish to come early can go to the Twentsche Foodhal where you can enjoy a drink and you will be picked up by our staff when your room is ready for you.
Multiple activity options can be found close to our Escape Rooms, in the same building and direct surroundings, such as the Bounz trampoline hall and the bouldergym (climbing wall) Cube. In the opposite building (building Zuid, at 100 meters) the Twentsche Foodhal opens on the 4th of November, which is a cosy and hip place for a drink and a bite. Other options in the neighbourhood are possible and we are happy to help you setting up a programme depending on your wishes.
There are no facilities for diner in our location, but you can have eat nearby in the Twentsche Foodhal. Arrangements are possible and we will make more information available shortly. In Enschede’s city centre, at walking distance, there are multiple alternatives suiting every budget. Leave a message at our online contact form, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +31(0)6 4747 6563.
